Jason Kenney’s United Conservative Party is facing criticism for allowing members of the far-right, anti-Muslim anti-immigrant group Soldiers of Odin to attend UCP candidate nomination events.

Kenney took to Twitter to denounce the attendees, saying he condemns any group that promotes racial prejudice.

But Kenney’s denunciation isn’t backed up by facts. Bashir Mohammed outlined the numerous instances where members of Jason Kenney’s party embraced racism and homophobia.

 

How can Kenney claim his party doesn’t support racism or homophobia when so many of his candidates do?
